„Cozy usually is interpreted as “small” but for Jay and Sandy’s Cottage, I mean literally cozy. It’s plenty of room for 2 couples, with 2 large bedrooms, each with a bath, and big combo kitchen/LR, and outdoor space. Everything was spotless, and I couldn’t come up with anything I might need that wasn’t there. It was so close the many restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the Nest for Reuben’s and a beer. The cottage feels like you’re at Mom’s house, and it just feels like a happy place. I ...

In a nice neighborhood only two blocks from the water. Would consider staying here again. The only reason we rated cleanliness at a four was because the kitchen cabinets and stovetop were as clean as they could be. Otherwise, the home was very clean.“

„The State Room was a nice place to stay. The neighborhood is residential, with a nearby renovated mill that contains a local brewery about 2 blocks away. The neighborhood begs to be explored for the local businesses and historical buildings. Parking is on the street. The neighborhood is to fairly quiet except for a small local tavern that closes at 1:00 am. But the neighborhood is quiet in less than hour. I would definitely stay again.“
