Need a separate key to enter and return to main home for any after hours bathroom or snack runs. Would like to have known that before I booked this place with an elderly parent and young child. Paid for three bedrooms, could only use two. Overall nice, safe, well stocked place. “

„The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though. ...

„Great spring break rental! We loved getting cozy near the fire place and listening to music on built- in speakers. The light setup outside was beautiful. Only down side was creek was too low and bank too steep to fish from the bank. Would have been nice if dock was complete to fish from. We were able to fish a from another creek about 5miles down the road.“

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! Definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting brownwood! “
