„Pictures as of March 2024 depict a nice home in good condition with nice outdoor seating etc. - NOT ACCURATE - we experienced cockroaches, holes in couch, comforters and sheets, outside furniture gone or broken down. Dirty carpet in tree where hammock is depicted. I sent pictures to VRBO which they have acknowledged. I wish I could include pictures here. „Stayed here for five days. Great place to stay before our longer stay in Spanish Wells. You definitely need a vehicle as Eleuthera is 110 miles long. There are a few restaurants in the area, but others aren’t within walking distance. And since there is a kitchen, we took advantage of that as well. Especially for breakfast, and lunch. “

„If you are looking for the beach house you've always dreamed of, look no further! We spent our Eleuthera vacation at the Sea Shanty and absolutely loved it. The bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen have everything you need. „We stayed at the beautiful situated ocean view cottage for 6 days with a family of 3 persons. It‘s small and cosy and gives you everything you need. The garden is beautiful and we loved to spend time on the terasse for extensive breakfasting :-) Within 10 minutes by foot there is one of the most beautiful but very quiet beaches with great snorkeling opportunities (turtles!).
