They allowed us to check in a bit early before knowing our situation. Additionally, they gave us grace when we used the seating area in their lobby through the evening to reminisce as a family, even as it grew later into the night. „Great breakfast service“

„This was a unique trip and holiday for my adult daughter and me. The cabins were clean and exactly as described on their website. We participated in most of the events offered and enjoyed interacting with and learning about the exotic animals. The staff is very knowledgeable; we were educated on many aspects of nature and wildlife. We went horseback riding twice and found it challenging yet enjoyable. We plan on returning someday, so our stay was top-notch for two nature and animal lovers.“

„It is a very very dirty hotel. The cleaning was even worse. When we arrived in the room there were dirty towels, trash everywhere and no warm water to shower. After complaing we got a new room but still no hot water. After 2 days we finally hat hot water but not on the kast day. I would not recommend this hotel ever “

„When we arrived there were people parked in the parking spots provided. This property has limited parking. A couple of guys were staying in the upstairs area and we didn’t have a place to park and unload. We notified the manager and they promptly messaged the other tenants and let them know we needed the other spot for our stay. They came out and moved one of the vehicles.
