„The only issues we had were that the bed was too firm (understandable) and having problems learning how to use the shower spray nozzles. Also, the water kept going from hot to cold and back again. Other than those small things, this place was wonderful. The breakfast was surprising, and VERY GOOD. „My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting our grandchildren, and we highly recommend this hotel for a excellent guest-experience. Even though our daughter has moved 10-miles farther away from the Pinemark, we still pass by several closer hotels to stay at the Pinemark, because the staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient to the Interstate. We'll be back!“

„My bading suit completely lost the color after I used the swimming pool. My skin and hair was completely dry and I found red spots on my skin. There was a chemical inside the pool with a way to high concentration. The hotel told me to call me back when I mentioned that problem but even after 1 week nobody called and I don’t get a respond. Unreliable and dangerous for your health!“

„We enjoy staying at the Best Western fit its cleanliness and quietness. Got to breakfast at 9:04 and almost everything was alreadyckeaned up and put away. I thought breakfast ended at 10. Did get some eggs and a biscuit. Next time, I’ll have to get up earlier. “

„There's a lot of good things about this property. The only issue we had was basically the architecture of the shower. Water gets all over the floor when you shower and there are not any room options for double beds. Other than that, we had zero complaints. “

„Die Preis/Leistung stimmt bei diesem Hotel garnicht, es ist wirklich sehr Altmodisch eingerichtet und die Badewanne/Dusche hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Toilette war sauber, was neben dem netten Personal der einzige Pluspunkt ist. Der Bettbezug war an allen 4 Seiten offen sodass die Bettdecke rausgerutscht ist, das wäre an sich nicht so schlimm, wären da keine (Blut?) Flecken dran gewesen. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer schaltet sich immer wieder mal ein und brummt dann eine ganz schöne ...
