„We loved staying here! Convenient to most everything in Florence. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Hubby said breakfast was too notch! They also had an indoor pool open late, which we appreciated. The beds could have been a little softer, but not a huge issue. Would definitely stay again. “

The only negatives were a bit of a design flaw on the refrigerator under the shelf as it caught our fingers in the small space for door opening, and there was a small bit of black mildew in tub caulking that needs to be replaced. “

„After having to text the owner for arrival instructions multiple times the day of my arrival, I finally received a message with a code for the door. The exterior door didn't work well and was not very secure at all. Upon entering the building I had to climb 2 flights of stairs, the first flight was normal, but the second flight was immediately inside the 'apartment' and incredibly steep. The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke and the heat was not on. There were 2 electric heaters that were very ...
