„My stay in thus hotel was perfect. Super convenient location and most of all staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ms. Catherine Qian, i could enjoy nice beef noodles and go to Bingling temple without any trouble. If anyone wants to go to Lanzhou, i will recommend this hotel.“

„This hotel is incredible! Really amazing stay in luxury hotel with the biggest and best equiped gym I have ever seen. Also the 50m pool is incredible. Of course all luxury and service you expect from Hyatt is there including great food and drinks. Highly recommend this place and I will stay there during my next visits in Lanzhou. “

„Because of airplane delay I asked the manager to change my reservation into the next day, he accepted it. This hotel is located at the city center and it is very convenient to have dinner around. Across the street, there is a bus station in which we can go to the south station and wr can get on the express bus. Also breakfast is served.“
