„Most facilities at the location were good. Though all the rooms have a "no smoking" sign, our room still smelled of smoke until we aired it out. Some minor cosmetic facility defects, but nothing that would deter us from coming back.“

„The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience.“

„War im Großen und Ganzen ok. Relativ günstig. Nur hat sich gleich bei unserer Ankunft die Toiletten-Tür von innen verschlossen. Darauf hin haben wir 2x in der Rezeption angerufen und die haben uns immer wieder vertrösten. Und was soll man sagen, wir mussten dringend... Schließlich haben wir die Tür mit Audio-Drähten selber geöffnet bekommen. Kompetenz und Hilsbereitschaft sieht anders aus.“

„We loved the Board Room. Very responsive hosts. So much room. Super clean and completely stocked: kitchen had all the tools for a full meal and an easy breakfast + seating for 12 for meals, Ping pong (great fun!) assorted board games and large TV. We visited in Fall but would love to see Spring and Winter as well. Bed was so great we over slept the alarm! “
