The only criticism is that there are 2 coffee pots in the main kitchen, neither of which worked, so we had to bring a pot down from one of the upstairs kitchens. And there are no oven mitts or pot holders in the house, and dish towels were not provided. Also in the description of the house it shows a lovely firepit down by the lake. The firepit did not exist. Base here for FLX wine exploration maybe not as good as Seneca (if that is your thing), but the access to water and the peaceful nature of well-appointed lake house was well worth it. „This property was so beautiful and located honestly within walking distance to the town of Aurora . Mackenzie Childs is right down the road as well. We went in mid October and therefore missed the swimming season. I was bound and determined to go kayaking but I forgot My life jacket. I recommend bringing your own towels as the ones provided were very basic. If you’re going to cook a lot bring all spices and provisions. There are three bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Huge game ...
