„great amenities. Very comfortable, clean and friendly. Omly 2 small complaints: asked for wake-up call' never got it I was awake anyways so it did not matter but I did need to be on the road on time so if I wasn't awake, it would have been a big problem for making my meeting on time. No fruit except apples and oranges at breakfast - no bananas or chunk fruit“

„There is a lot of charm in this property and this room! Note that the heater in the room struggles to keep up with the cold during the colder months. It was 60 degrees when I woke up one morning, and the heater had been running non-stop all night. Unfortunately, I didn't try the sauna, but it looked awesome!“

„Such a lovely B & B. The hosts are so sweet. We had the Peaches & Cream room which was beautifully decorated. There is a full kitchen available to the guests & a French press, whole bean coffee & grinder in the room along with a fridge. Just be aware, if you want breakfast, you need to let the hosts know ahead of time & it’s $20/per person. I will say it was well worth it! The breakfast was delicious!“

„Wonderful and lovely Inn with super friendly hosts. Always concerned about your wellbeing and wanting to make your stay perfect. The room was so beautiful, lots of antique furniture and with decorations matching the style of the room. We had our own entrance, which was fancy somehow. The bed was very comfy and the room had 2 heaters, which were totally enough to get the room to a cozy temperature. By checking in the host went with us, showed us the room and left us a little bottle of champagne ...

„It was a little bit difficult to find at first but we're happy once we found it and got in. This is a fun little place to explore and a quick drive into Ruckersville and not a super long commute to Chatlottesville. This was a great little get away! “

„Was perfect spot to rest for the weekend while we explored the national park and city nearby! The treehouse was so cute and cozy! The signal was a little spotty, but would sometimes connect to the nearest larger rental. We walked the property, and due to the season, there seemed to be a lot of landscaping work going on - bet it’s fantastic in the summertime! There were some local coffee shops and restaurants that were nice, but depending on which direction you go, some of the nearby cities are ...

„We were rained-out of a long planned camping trip and, luckily, found this at the last minute. The Rococo room is beautiful and very clean, and the deck with BBQ is quite useful. It is spacious and bright. The grounds are fun to walk around. Seeing the different areas is really interesting. I especially liked the yacht floating in the pond. Overall this was a great stay! “
