„I’ve stayed here many times and have never had any issues. This time there were a couple of minor inconveniences. There were no bath towels in the bathroom, just 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels. I called to request towels as I was preparing to leave for a meeting. I waited 10-15 minutes and eventually showered using the 2 hand towels. The bath towels arrived after I had showered.
