„Our room was spotless!!! Crisp and clean,with comfortable pillows. The elevators were timely. Free breakfast was good. Very nice staff at front desk and in the restaurant area. Desk clerk sent us to the wrong room and floor with incorrect keys, but was accountable and he fixed the issue quickly.“
