„To begin with the oven wasn’t working and after many calls and a few hours we were able to get into the electric box to flip it on. The rental company does not provide cleaning supplies due to their policy because it is poison. That’s what the proper manager told us. So the kitchen cabinets were filled with house feces and all we had to clean it with was dish soap. Also, the coffee pot had mold and old coffee grinds. Again nothing to clean with. They knew this on Wednesday night and we stayed ...

„My son and I came down for registration at LMU. The apt was better then the pictures. Everything was clean and updated. The hosts made the process very easy and answered any questions very quickly. Looking forward to staying again in future.“

„I was charge more than expected. They did not have my reservation. The linens/towels were dingy and stained. Our room flooded with sewage. Not a fun time but the people were incredibly nice.“

„Roaches as big as my thumb, mouse droppings. Owners didn’t know anything about the camper. Air stopped working, had to call someone myself to tell me how to fix it. Owners didn’t seem to wanna be bothered . They had better things to do Took 2 hours to show up to check it by then I had it working . Daughter knew more about the camper than they did . I get that it’s all new to them . But they could’ve done so much better. Get an exterminator!!!!“
