„Resort was amazing with great onsen. We stayed in all through our stay because of snow and it was so nice and cozy. French restaurant within the hotel was also superb. When we were leaving- we had to put on snowchains because of the snow and it was such a hard work and the staff (Takahashi and few other staff were there for us) was so helpful and put them on our tires for us. Also I left my novel in the room and they are shipping it back to me for free and i am very grateful. Thank you so ...

„Nice ryokan hotel located at the hillside with great view. A simply cosy dinner was served in room and the breakfast buffet was great in main dining area. The condition is run down but most part of the premise is well maintained. Some parts e.g. kids playroom and the indoor onsen are not clean. “

„Such a great stay. The location is near to both the bus station and the train station. The room is very well equipped and clean. There is also a lounge where you can hang out during the stay. Check in staff was so nice and got us a room upgrade. Would definitely be back here when we visit Yufuin again“
