„This is our second time staying at this location and has now been deemed our preferred hotel when we travel to Lubbock to visit our son who attends school at Texas Tech University. The bed was a little firm for my liking but it served its purpose. The TV situation was a little wonky but that’s not the fault of the hotel. „An sich ein relativ neues Hotel, derzeit aber offensichtlich stark vernachlässigt (keinerlei Zimmereinigung bei 3-tägigem Aufenthalt trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung - Guestlaundry und Hot Tube nicht nutzbar - beim Frühstück wird nicht nachgefüllt - Außenanlagen ungepflegt). Viel zu wenig bzw. vollkommen überfordertes Personal. Hängt wohl mit dem Eigentümerwechsel zusammen. Sehr schade - man könnte mehr daraus machen! “
