„The checkin was mixed. The guy couldn't find my reservation but gave us a room anyway. He told us that it was our fault even though we had a confirmed reservation through this site. The room was dirty. The shower was full of hair, there was no soap, They gave us a blanket with a used band-aid stuck to it. The whole thing just felt gross. At these prices, I can't recommend this place to anyone. It was better a few years ago. “

„Siempre me hospedo en este hotel, no hay otras opciones de la misma categoría en Esteli, así que la opción es buena, el desayuno es bastante y muy rica la comida, el personal de cocina son los mejores del staff. La habitación es alfombrada, pero al parecer algún huésped en el pasado derramó algo y cuando se atendió la limpieza no se hizo bien y las alfombras quedaron manchadas y da un aspecto de mucha suciedad aunque la habitación esté limpia, el aire acondicionado también estaba un poco sucio, ...
