„Die Lage der Lodge ist einfach wunderbar! Herrlicher Blick über den Kratersee und nah am Kibale NP. Die Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Am ersten Abend wurde uns zu unserer Überraschung ein romantisches Dinner mit Palmenschmuck und Kerzenlicht bereitet. Am zweiten Tag gab es ein Wasserproblem, die Leitung zu unserem Cottage wurde durchtrennt. Der Manager, Patrick hat sich entschuldigt und uns am Abend die gesamten Getränke spendiert. „The accommodation is in the middle of the nature and offers great viewing possibilities for monkeys, birds, various insects and more. It is quiet, rooms are spacious, food is delicious. Brenda did a good job and was ready to help every time. Keep in mind, it's a community location. You need a torch to walk in the dark. Some small suggestions: small towel in the room and soap to wash your hands“

„The staff need some hotel management education. No one seemed to know what they were doing. The dinner they had to go get somewhere else took over two and a half hours to arrive. By that time I was in bed. I wanted a glass of whisky but they would only sell me the whole bottle... just weird.“

„Hotel was nice enough but extremely hard to get to. It is the rainy season in Uganda and the dirt roads were tough. Also to get to the hotel you have to climb a lot of stairs so not for anyone who has mobility issues. Final note they had removed all mosquito nets we think a bit prematurely “

„This spot is great. It definitely isn't the most luxurious place but, for those who are game, it is a wonderful property with extremely attentive and caring staff. It is nestled right in the edge of the Kiwali forest and a great jumping off point for chimp trekking.“
