„Stayed at Serena Villa for two nights to recover from our ascent of Adam's Peak and made a tour to Sinharaja Forset. Accomodation is perfect, very clean, nice pool, great food (breakfast and dinner) and the host couple extremely nice and knowledgeable. Higly recommend this place.“

„The road to Rainforest edge is not good - and you can miss it. It's only partly tarmac, and that pitted. It's uphill, winding, and goes through a tea factory. But when you get there... It's like a medieval castle: great boulders below, tiled roofs above, and an infinity pool looking out over the mountains. „Tolles Hotel in der nähe zum Nationalpark. Sehr Natürlich in die Landschaft gebaut. Entspanntes Personal. Essen könnte ein wenig besser sein. Internet nur in der Hotellobby, ansonsten in der Gegend kein Internet / Handy Empfang! Man sollte auf jeden Fall eine Tagestour im Nationalpark mit einem Ranger machen!“

„Boulder Garden Hotel is the most beautifull hotel I have ever been to. It is located in the middle of a forest. Except for the rooms, everything is in the outside: the restaurant is located below a huge boulder, the swimming pool is in the middle of rocks. The personel is very friendly and helpfull. The food is very good and relatively cheap (our dinner was 12 USD for two). The hotel is very small: there are only 5 or 6 rooms. So nearly all of it is there for you only. I recomend it very much. “

„I booked Kurunduketiya as a birthday present for my partners 30th and some nice accommodation to finish our holiday at. However due to poor administrational errors, the resort didn’t have the correct details of our booking which we had paid for in full. „In 2006 eveneens dit hotel bezocht. Het is geen haar beter geworden. De staat van het hotel is nog voor géén "meter" verbeterd. Het personeel is brutaal en arrogant, waarvoor overigens gezien de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding geen enkele reden is. Het bedienend personeel beloofd en zegt dingen toe, die ze absoluut niet nakomen. Vertellen onwaarheden. DE kamers zijn vies. Gordijnen zog net zo vies als in 2006. Sluiten slecht. Airco maakt ontzettend veel lawaai. Douche heeft een vies ligbad met ...
