„This place is a small piece of heaven! Great service from all staff right from the very beginning. Before arrival - Comms were timely and accurate and helpful. The meals provided were great (especially the Oxtail stew! 😋) and delivered to your individual lodge. The situation of the lodge is beautiful - wherever you look the scenery transfixes you. However, the host did not tell us we would be sharing the house with other guests abs this caused a startle with those we found in the house already. The gyser was not working and this was on a 9degree Celsius weather where we had to take a night and morning cold shower. „We stayed in backpacker accommodation (6 adults) which is rustic, but adequate, we had a very reasonably priced meal and a night filled with stars in a beautiful location. There is more upmarket accommodation in rondavels, which is very nice although still rustic. It was a great night away with no South African cell signal, so total peace. They said free wifi, but I didn't check“
