„We loved this Inkaterra property! I debated long and hard between this and Reserva Amazonica, in the end I chose this because it's newer and has wifi. The food here is fabulous, especially considering it's location. All the staff went above and beyond with each interaction. The guides are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There is no pressure for tips from any staff. The only "cons" I noted are: our cocktails weren't great, the margaritas were undrinkable (appeared to be a new person in training) ...

„Hervorragende Guides, aber vollkommen intransparent hinsichtlich Extrakosten und inkludierten Leistungen. Personal vor Ort ist offensichtlich nicht befugt Entscheidungen im Sinne der Gäste zu treffen, sondern überlässt Diskussionen mit dem irgendwo sitzenden Management den Gästen. They really care about the rainforest and work with a local wildlife rescue that rescues animal and rehabilitates them to go back into the wild. „This was our first time staying at an "off-grid" hotel, and it was very pleasant. It i a difficult place to get to, requires a cr and a boat ride from the airport, which was included in the price of the stay. Bring lots of mosquito repellent.
