„This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. There was no difficulty communicating with them at all. The accommodations were gorgeous. „This hotel was one of the highlights we had on our Japan trip. It is located at the lovely Shoji lake and has a great roof terrace if you want to take stunning pictures of mount Fuji! We also loved our room with the futons and the onsen! Mr.Kobayashi and his team do their best to make you feel welcome at all times. Only thing you have to consider: if you come by bus, check the schedule because you don't have too many options and it is a pretty long ride from Kawaguchiko.“
