„Täglich wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl wir versucht haben dies durch (wie üblich) auf den Boden liegende Handtücher zu verdeutlichen, welche Handtücher zu reinigen sind. Sehr, sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Servicepersonal. Wir waren anschließend in drei anderen Hotels, u.a. Im Hilton, aber nirgendwo war das Personal so liebenswürdig wie hier.
