„The host is above and beyond what you could ask for. I definitely recommend this experience for any nature lover. The site was definitely worth the stay to hear all the beautiful sounds of St Croix. One of our favorite parts was watching the lizards in the grass behind the camp stove, there was such a variety and they just hung out without worry of being watched. „If the photos of the place look good to you then you will love this place. If you own a pair of Birkenstocks and enjoy seeing hummingbirds you will have a great visit. Had a great time at the Inn and went snorkeling right at the bottom of the driveway. We had a room with no AC and just listened to the wildlife all night. Wonderful!“

„Beautiful beachfront condo with a great view and the sound of waves to lull you to sleep at night. You’ll need a rental car to get around - a 15 minute drive to the boardwalk for some nice restaurants/bars. Plenty to do on the island and we could have used a few more days! Parking spot, pool, laundry, towels & beach towels included! Also had a cooler available!“

It's not fancy, but it has updated amenities, it's clean, comfortable, has everything you need, (including beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels) minutes from Christiansted-but away from the crowds. When we had questions we just texted the owner and she responded within minutes. Definitely recommend if you're on a mid-range budget. It's worth every penny...“

„We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!“
