„This place is impeccable!! I honestly didn’t leave the hotel much during my short stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is so professional and kind, the buffet style breakfast was great, and the gym facilities were really nice to have. There’s a shopping center walking distance and restaurants on the way. I would definitely stay here again!!“

The staff is super friendly, always greet all the guest warmly and always try to be helpful. The rooms are nice, and the access to the very big mall is very helpful. Definitely a place where we want to come again.“

„This place is fabulous. If you go there book the room with Safari Park view. Wake up like in Afrika. Giraffes and Buffalo just in front of your window. Good connection and shuttle bus to Surabaya. As well the food is fantastic. The breakfast is just a dream. “
