„Spacious and comfortable throughout. Standard of cleanliness needed improvement. Only cursory instructions given for tv. Electricity was tripped about 10 times when oven was switched on. Useful laundry room, good shower with plenty of hot water. Could be wonderful with some improvements. We did enjoy our stay.“

„4 couples stayed at the villa for one week. It exceeded our expectations. We had no issue finding it or getting in. Finding some wine, cheese & bread was a welcome treat considering the long drive we had from Paris. Each couple had their own bedroom & washroom for privacy. „This is the perfect place for enjoying peace and tranquility- the views from the garden are beautiful, and the gite it is extremely well equipped. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the en suite showers are excellent. Jeanette and Richard are very welcoming hosts and extremely knowledgeable about the area. „We stayed here in August and it was just perfect! The location,the house absolutely everything. The owners were extremely helpful from check in right until we checked out. The house was spotless and impeccably presented. The surrounding area was idyllic and we will definitely be coming back. I cannot recommend this property enough“

„We hebben een fantastische week gehad in het paradijs van Pierre en Christiane! Zowel de tuin als het huis bieden alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke vakantie. Pierre en Christiane zijn heel warme, gastvrije mensen en deden er alles aan om het ons naar onze zin te maken! Ook de locatie, op 5 minuten van het charmante Duras, is top! En in een uurtje sta je in Bordeaux! Wij kunnen dit verblijf alleen maar aanraden en gaan zeker nog eens terug!“

„Lovely, characterful and spacious house in a glorious setting. We very much enjoyed our stay, in spite of the mosquitoes! The children loved it and are keen to return on another occasion. Ideal for an extended family like ours. Jayne, the local agent, was charming and very helpful.
