Die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit machen dieses Hotel zu einem Paradies. Unset Lieböingsplatz war am Swimmingpool. Der Ausblick auf den Lake Manyara ist beeindruckend! Vielen Dank dem Team auch für die Überraschung am letzten Abend. Wir wurden mit einem persönlichem Bufett mit Barbecue überrascht.“

The team at Karatu really were special who did out of their way to provide for us when there were issues, and when the first room seemed to have issues (shower drainage, bee hive on the roof, urine smell) they quickly changed the room to a better closer room, and always were helpful in arranging or finding different solutions for transportation issues etc. The place is located 2 hours from Arusha, and around 30 mins from the main gate for Ngorongoro crater. ...

„This is a challenging review to write. The property is lovely and the staff was kind-though limited in their ability to resolve the issues. If you are looking for secluded, beautiful and restful, this could be the place for you. However it is located far from any town and further from many of the sites we chose to visit. „I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport“
