„Th bed was very comfortable. The pillows were small & pretty flat. Now the shower had problems......the water was turned all the way hot and ended up only luke warm by the end of the shower. „We stayed in 241. That bathtub needs a new finish on it or replaced. I imagine that is hard to sanitize between guest. No concens with the rest of the room. It was "inconvenient" that the elevator on that side of the building was not operational. We parked in the middle east side of the property but ened up going to the west side of the property to walk up the stairs back to the east side to get to our room. „They really lack st having your rooms ready at check in . Check in is at 3pm we tried to check in at 4:30 NO rooms were ready ! Maybe think of adjusting your check out time to allow more time for rooms to get clean. “

„The hotel was perfect! Well kept and updated. Our room was fabulous and the bed very comfy. But the best part of our trip was Coleen. She was staffing the front desk and when we got there for our concert there were no Ubers or Lyfts available. She heard our distress and volunteered to drive us to the concert herself once her shift was over. She took us straight to the front door and couldn’t have been friendlier. Our whole trip was saved thanks to her. One of the nicest people we have ever met. “

„Wir haben diese Unterkunft gewaehlt, weil es einen Pool haben sollte. Als wir ankamen mussten wir lesen, dass im August (bei 30 C) der Pool nicht im Angebot ist. Nachdem der Mann an der Pforte so nett war, seine Banane abzulegen, um sich doch um uns zu kümmern, war es ihm egal, dass wir ein Schwimmbad gewuenscht hätten. Statt uns zu helfen ein lokales Schwimmbad zu finden, war er sehr kurz angebunden. Darüber hinaus war er sehr schwer zu verstehen, sodass wir lieber auf unser Zimmer gingen, als ...

„Needs better signage to find entrance at night. Ended up in alley the first time, then had to drive around the block twice before I found tunnel entryway.“

„Liked everything at the hotel but the woods around the back where i walked our dog were a mess of plastic trash that has blown in like plastic bags - to go food containers - plastic bottle's - paper cups. You name it its out back. Time for a Big spring cleanups. If there was snow its possible this had been invisable but not now. “

„Für eine Übernachtung geht es so. Hat im Vergleich zum vergangenem Jahr stark nachgelassen .Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert und instandgesetzt werden. Ist alles wahrscheinlich dem geringem Übernachtungspreis geschuldet.. Die nähe zum Mississippi (ca. 5ml) macht die Sache allerdings erträglicher“
