„Good first impression “

„We stopped in for a simple place to sleep on a fast drive toward Atlanta. We wanted low-priced place just south of Nashville. This was good for that. We are normally happy with something in the range of a Holiday Inn Express. By comparison, this feels like a newly-built college dorm. Spacious, clean, bright, bare bones. It does have a nice looking kitchen. Bring your own shampoo. Bring a sleep mask if you like a dark bedroom. We arrived about 9 p.m. The front desk attendant was nicely ...

„The customer service was excellent. The heating unit in our room was not working. The engineer was dispatched immediately. When it was determined that it could not be resolved that night, we were upgraded to a bigger one. Great resolution and excellent customer service from the engineer and the front desk agent.“
