„The house is in a beautiful spot, looking out over a verdant manicured lawn sloping down to the jungle and then ultimately out to the ocean far below. Monkeys visit the property daily. It is up a long single track road that climbs up the mountain above the Golden Rock hotel. The house itself has a big wide wrap-around porch, and open doors that let the breeze through. The staff was very helpful arranging for a rental car when Thrifty always seemed to be closed, and when we tried to check in with American Airlines and couldn't get through. „Das Ambiente dieser ehemaligen Zuckerrohrplantage war umwerfend! Das Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und die Chefin sehr engagiert und aufmerksam. Das Barbecue am Strand war sehr schön, nur die Suppe, die die Chefin sehr großzügig eingefüllt hatte, schmeckt zwar gut, soll wohl aber eher den Magen füllen. Diese würde ich nicht essen. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road.
