„The overall stay was good. There were some folks on the same floor that were loud but they toned it down later in the evening. The front desk clerk was very nice. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of it the morning of checkout. The only negative to me was the breakfast options. It was carb heavy so I didn't eat breakfast there.“

„We expected more for the price as we stayed at cheaper hotels and got more there. The fridge was so loud, we had to switch it off at night. During our 3-day stay, the reception said, that our room gets cleaned on the 2nd day. We only got fresh towels, but the room didn’t get refreshed. The cleanliness of the room could have been better (hair in the bathroom, on the bedside tables, stains on the couch). The shower gel and shampoo is more for men, not citrusy as it says on the bottle. None of ...

„Room service has to be requested, otherwise nobody will show up even when you stay for a week. Front staff seems chaotic and unorganized. First time when I asked for room service it didn’t work, second time housekeeping came but only did minimum (towel exchange, made the bed but no vacuuming, cleaning or trash removal). However, a t-Shirt, which I’m certain it was hung up on a hook, went missing after the visit from housekeeping.“
