I would recommend LE Toiny for an Extraordinary stay - but it is also about 1.5-2x the price The location of this hotel is good. It's close to St Jean (where EdenRoc is, Nikki Beach and Gyp Sea) and close to Gustavia. Not much in terms of views and we can a beach side suite A bonus is that you can walk to the beach“

„After reviewing what seemed to be an inordinate number of bad reviews about the location I had considered cancelling my reservation. However, my experience at the Pearl Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful, and the patio and its view were breathtaking. The beachfront restaurant was perfectly situated and the breakfast was absolutely perfect. „Our stay here was absolutely incredible! The hospitality was unmatched - Maryse gave us great recommendations for restaurants,hikes etc. breakfast every morning was served in the common area - assortment of bread, pastries. Maryse even scrambled some fresh eggs for everyone in the morning! FDL is a 5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches and walking distance to 3 great restaurants. It was the perfect mix of nature and relaxation. We can’t wait to come back! “

„I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cats bungalow on her very private, quiet but well located enclosed property near Saline beach. The tropical setting and thoughtfully and very attractively furnished room made for a wonderful retreat after exploring and enjoying beautiful St Bart. I loved the sounds of the night which the seclusion of the property made lushly audible. „The villa was a delight! Everything we needed for an incredible stay. Perfect for our family of four- having two bathrooms was such a plus. The outside area is lush with a sumptuous plunge pool. The interior is refreshing, immaculate and well-stocked. “

„Very comfortable apartment, well-stocked kitchen. Lovely beach (St Jean) accessed via Eden Rock property several blocks away. Great price for this expensive island. L'Oasis supermarket and Le Choisy bakery (bkfst & lunch items) 1 mile away. Very busy street, lively at night, but apartment well-insulated. Parking could be challenging. Two reasonable restaurants right downstairs (Le Piment and Irish Pub). “
