„Das Hotel war vor 30 oder 40 Jahren sicher ein sehr gutes, mittlerweile ist es aber in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem ist die Ausstattung recht gut. Leider ist die Auswahl beim Frühstück etwas eingeschränkt, aber, wenn man etwas flexibel ist, kann man sich damit arrangieren“

„I was really pleased with the accommodation, and found it really nice. I was dropped off, so did not require the parking which was directly outside and free. The room was comfortable, breakfast bits provided and the shower facilities although not ensuite were at hand and served me well. I would stay again.“

Everyone was very friendly, our dinner at The Latymer was sublime, the spa facilities are quite nice, but the whole place is in dire need of a facelift and a comprehensive staff training...“

„Wir waren als Familie auf Geschäftsreise. Wir fanden es wunderschön und sehr ruhig und grün. Desertieren sehr gut gelegen da man vieles schnell erreichen konnte. Service war sehr nett und Kinderfreundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt ( außer der Handbrause 🙂). Wir können es nur empfehlen! “

"Sehr praktisch auf der Durchreise. Check in kann bereits vorab erfolgen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist - trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen - sehr ruhig. Statt des Hoppa Bus lieber Buslinie 423 bis Nene Road nehmen. Ist viel billiger und fährt auch direkt vor die Tür (Start: Terminal 5)"

"Very nice hotel if you need to stay near the airport. Staff was very friendly, the design was modern, everything was exceptionally clean and the included breakfast was good. Also the ability to reach it without a bus or a vehicle is great - you simply walk the link bridge for like 5 minutes from Terminal 4 and you're there, even if you carry your baggage with you. Would definitely book again!"
