„The TriBeCa accommodation is beautiful and hot tub area very private. Kitchen has all necessities inc dishwasher but imo should have a coffee machine or something to make filter coffee's. Roll top bath and in master bedroom a nice touch but the tv was not working on my visit I have rebooked to go in march so hopefully it will be fixed by then. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Area is quiet and peaceful. “

„Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad.
