„The staff are amazing and very professional. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of prepared and non-prepared food choices. Coffee is available throughout the day and wine glasses are also available. The rooms are beautiful. Being very near to the Thunder Bay airport, it's surprisingly quiet. I barely heard any planes flying by. I had a very early flight and a shuttle was available to take be to the airport at 4:00 am.“

„There was only a very thin sheet on this old bed with an old mattress. It was actually just a thin white sheet. The whole room was dirty, the bathroom not properly cleaned, carpet not vacuumed, sticky shelves and the whole night the noise from a workshop nearby. We could also hear our neighbors going to the toilet. The rooms are super noisy, we could hear every word from next room and floor.“
