„This house provided the perfect accommodations and location for our family get together. We were able to sleep 9 comfortably. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the host was extremely responsive. We will certainly rent this house again when we need the extra room.“

„We stayed in this nice little cottage and it was very nice. The view out of the windows in the living room/dining room were wonderful all day every day. It was an all around great time and we are already trying to decide when we can go back. “

„Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed. We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. „We stayed at the Cedar house and the queen bed in the loft area was phenomenal. Had a bit of a hard time with the shower, couldn’t get the water to regulate to warm, was either very hot or very cold. Other than that, we had a nice stay. “

„I would have to say that overall the accommodation was spectacular and John and Ashley were very attentive and hospitable. My only issue was not really understanding the placement and layouts of the bedrooms before handhandhand.“

„The home comfortably slept 12 adults, and had all of the amenities needed. Location was serene. Home is a rustic farmhouse in the process of being renovated. For those with a dog allergy, bring your medicine. Dogs must either live in the home or have stayed there. I had a hard time breathing as a result. The rest of my family was fine.“

„Enjoyed a family stay at Boyd Pond cottage. Sauna was great and enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fire pit out front with wood provided - roasting marshmallows was fun. King size bed and others beds were very comfortable. Drinking water was provided. Some weeds in the pond but much less when swimming further out. Hot tub was not working. The owner was very responsive and accommodating particularly during our last day of heavy rain and short power outage. Overall a very pleasant stay ...
