„Had a wonderful weekend trip with my boyfriend and our dog. Clean house with all of the amenities. Short ride to Aurora (cute small town) and 1/2 hour to Ithica (hiking and city). Corner store and a couple of wineries nearby. Would definitely stay again when we can use the lake, but enjoyed the sunsets and beautiful mornings. “

„Mike and Melissa were wonderful. Their house is beautiful and nicely updated. The upstairs guest room was far enough away from everyone else to feel like a relaxing escape from the rest of the family. The dock toys (floats) were fun and brand new. The space was perfect for our needs. We had an issue with bees and spiders but Mike was quick to get an exterminator. “

„We had a wonderful time at this home. The house is very spacious, and nicely appointed. We also really enjoyed the town of Aurora. The only criticism is that there are 2 coffee pots in the main kitchen, neither of which worked, so we had to bring a pot down from one of the upstairs kitchens. And there are no oven mitts or pot holders in the house, and dish towels were not provided. Also in the description of the house it shows a lovely firepit down by the lake. The firepit did not exist. „This house was absolutely as advertised, secluded perch high over east shore of Cayuga. Base here for FLX wine exploration maybe not as good as Seneca (if that is your thing), but the access to water and the peaceful nature of well-appointed lake house was well worth it. Greg was very patient and communicated well. “

„This property was so beautiful and located honestly within walking distance to the town of Aurora . Mackenzie Childs is right down the road as well. We went in mid October and therefore missed the swimming season. I was bound and determined to go kayaking but I forgot My life jacket. I recommend bringing your own towels as the ones provided were very basic. If you’re going to cook a lot bring all spices and provisions. There are three bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Huge game ...
