„This was our 3rd stay at the Hotel Fauchere, and it has declined a bit in quality. Most importantly in their breakfast - used to be a gourmet breakfast, featuring brûléed grapefruit, quiche and homemade yogurt. Now it’s a buffet style breakfast, felt more like at a chain hotel. we came down around 915 (breakfast runs 8-10) and it was almost Empty…. No food left. A few bananas, and burnt bacon and potatoes. I spoke to the staff and they mentioned they had run out of the aforementioned homemade ...
