„Yes, it is America’s Best Value hotel. Very clean, good bedside lighting, soft towels, magnifying makeup mirror, coffee in room, fridge, microwave, dresser, blackout curtains, laundry machines, snacks sold in lobby. Only downsides are no safe and the king room is a bit small. Nice staff, too. “

„The property and location were amazing. Super easy to get to and from different points in Kingston. Walkable area. Good parking direction from the host. There was a logistical mix up but they fixed that immediately. It would have been nice to have the sofa bed made up upon arrival or at least have extra linens in the suite, but I let them know via their text line, and they sent someone within an hour. The breakfast/coffee situation leaves quite a lot to be desired, but hopefully theyll work out ...

„Loved the location of this historic property. We stopped here on our way to Maine. Remote checkin was easy and owners were very responsive.It was an easy walk to dinner and a cute little downtown. The room(s) were comfy and very clean. Bonus points for everything needed to make coffee and a refrigerator. Full disclosure that the property looks to have been recently renovated so there is still some debris on the back and side of the house and the view out the windows wasn’t pretty. But in spite ...

„Great communication with host. Stayed one night for event at Arrowood Farms (only 10 minutes away). Clean , nicely decorated studio with plenty of light. Lovely yard. Close to all local attractions and dining. Large shower. Great towels and toiletries.TV and A/C worked well. Appreciated the drinking water.Really cozy studio. Has frig, microwave and coffee maker.(also iron and hair dryer). A fabulous stay, although water pressure was a little low, but certainly not a deal breaker. Had people ...

„It is a lovely facility. The staff is kind and helpful. We had some confusion on checking in, I had apparently booked a room without a private bath or closet. As we were there to attend a wedding, I wanted my own bathroom and a place to hang our "dressup" clothes. They were able to change our room and accomodate us.“

„Decent rental with good amenities. Could be closer to some areas of town with more stuff to do if you care about that. The biggest problem was that it's close to a train track and trains went by very frequently, and they were both loud and they shook the entire house every time. You get used to it, but if you are a light sleeper or have a small kids, it might be a concern.“
