„The property was amazing, amenities and all, but it took me more than an hour to try and work out the expedia reservation and nothing was done at the end of the day to secure accommodation via my expedia reservation. Management was unable to process expedia bookings, therefore I had to pay cash to secure the reservation.“

„Deep Sea Resort was a great place to stay in Kitale - our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Mt. Elgon National Park (~1 hour away from Kitale). The rooms, dining room and pool were clean (although the rooms smelled a bit musty), the staff was super nice/polite/helpful, the breakfast was delicious (eggs, pancakes, samosa, yams, fresh fruit and coffee) and there is a restaurant for lunch/dinner as well. The bed was fantastic - best night's sleep I have had since I arrived in Kenya ...
