„Everything was awesome! We went swimming and stayed the night for a birthday party and everything went awesome. Everything was clean and neat in the rooms but the elevator and hallways are still outdated. But looks like they're working to get it fixed. But overall great stay. We got upgraded to a deluxe room because there were no standard rooms available which was fine by us! Will definitely be back. “

„The property looks like it is being remodeled. There was no carpeting in the hallway just the pad was down. One of the sinks in our room leaked and had a garbage can catching the water. I would recommend wearing water shoes in the pool the bottom of the pool is very rough. The continental breakfast was great.“

„Minutes from downtown Eagle River where we spent most of our time. Great location and resort. Downside was property owners kept outside lights on front and back of unit and window blinds didn’t keep lights out of room at night for sleeping purposes. Otherwise very nice unit. “

„Das Derby Inn ist sehr neu oder einfach in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Zimmer war riesig und alles war super sauber und einfach super. Die Lage ist etwas Ausserhalb und daher auch etwas ruhiger. Service war auch super freundlich und fast familiär. Man kann in Eagle River eine Menge Outdoor-Aktivitäten machen. Ein Boot zu leihen ist kein Problem, auch Quads bekommt man "um die Ecke". „The lodge is a wonderful place to get away to birch trees and smell off clean pine air. Our lake view was amazing. The leaves were just beginning to show the onset of fall with few hues of red and orange. We took many walks around the property enjoying the woods and lake. The resort was quiet but people hanging out at the beach or fisherman taking their boats early in the morning. The pool and spa were used a few times. It should open early. „Our group likes weekday fall trips once school is in session. We chose Bolger Lake, just a stones throw from Minocqua. Beautiful home and property. The sauna was a pleasant surprise, and several ways to enjoy the lakeside setting. Recommend to adults and families. Close to everything Minocqua has to offer.“
