Would be nice if staff passed the time of day when you see them e.g. for breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was excellent. Room cosy enough, mattresses good. Slightly damp. Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“

„Hatten bei Ankunft leider eine Toilette auf dem Zimmer, die nicht funktionierte ( alte englische Pracht 😊). Zimmer wurde sofort umgebucht. Kleiner Umzug war nötig. Kein Problem!“

A real shame that the service didnt finish on a high, last morning 1-forgot our breakfast order 2-breakfast arrived with burnt/cindered bacon 3-as it was New Years day and close to the end id breakfast service, we didnt point out the obvious, we left the bacon and ate the rest, i said to the server it should not have been put on the plate. And an apology would have sufficed. She said sorry. Little things matter, ignorance ...

„Everything about the hotel is great. Only weird bit was having to enter all my details to do the booking and then getting a check in email to enter them all again. In 2024 it is odd getting an email to ask me for my email address. I guess this is an issue with linking to Expedia but surely by now the customer experience would have been perfected. “
