„Lovely staff at check in and handled our noise complaint without question. Apparently the kids above us thought it was WWE most of the night. Rooms are fine. Bathrooms are fine. Everything is a bit dated, but when you just came out of their Oktoberfest month you can't expect things to be perfect. No bugs or mold seen in our room. Beds comfy.“

„Great location, clean & updated rooms. Best pork chop my partner has ever had at the restaurant. Sky Bar has a nice open air feel with a view of the mountains surrounding the property. Having a car is nearly a must if you will be in town late as there are very few drive shares in the area. The walk from town to the hotel is mostly uphill and we almost had to resort to that one night. It took 20 mins to get a driver to accept our ride.“

„Hotel was in good location to restaurants, etc. Unfortunately, hotel was a little shabby & not very clean. Shower had caked on soap scum on glass. The room stunk of bodies, and the mattress was very worn. There were splatter stains on paint behind the toilet - don't even want to know - and one of the elevators did not work. Parking was very limited near the entrance. There was parking behind the hotel but you had to walk up a hill to get to an entrance. “

Our only real issue was that the dog park area was not well kept - there was damage to part of the fence and people didn't clean up after their pups, so it wasn't safe to turn our puppy loose or play with her off leash.“
