„Good comfortable room“

„It's a lovely place, full of history and nicely refurbished and well kept. The staff are super friendly and you feel among friends. It's very relaxed and the feeling would be Zen, but unfortunately when there is a larger group of people in the courtyard talking vividly, the serenety of the whole place suffers slightly and the noise can be heard in the rooms. Rooms are converted cells which make them an awesome experience but are not for the claustrophobic and the doors and windows are tiny. But ...

„Solo nos quedamos en el hotel de paso viajando de Merida a Sevilla y no me gusto el que no pude ni usar la alberca enla mañana, la abren hasta las 9:30 y solo si tienes reservacion, lo cual no nos lo informaron al hacer el checkin.“

„Zafra is a small city, the hotel is directly beside the castello ( where there is the pousada in ). It is in the center of the town, near main places and shopping. Very good atmosphere , inner courtyard with lots of plants, nice spanish bistro, very friendly personal, good quality we would come back“

La Lapa es un pueblo muy tranquilo desde el que parten unas rutas muy recomendables y está a tan solo 10 minutos en coche de Zafra. Agustín ha sido un anfitrión excepcional que nos ha facilitado la estancia. Con seguridad repetiremos.“

„An der Rezeption sind Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil. Zimmer/Bad oberflächlich sauber. Hotel liegt am Ortsrand an Durchgangsstraße, war aber nachts ruhig. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Parkplatz vor Hotel an der Straße (kostenfrei). Snack-Bar und Restaurant im Hotel. Preise für Restaurantessen relativ hoch. Personal im Restaurant sehr zuvorkommend und hier kamen wir mit Englisch gut zurecht. Hund erlaubt (ohne Zusatzkosten), auch im Restaurant. Frühstück - wie in Spanien üblich - nicht opulent ...

„Best hosts ever. Was greeted by owner's father and mother. We were shown the property and asked if we wanted a fire lit while we were out seeing the ruins. And we had a warm cozy home to return to. Homemade marmalade, wonderful cheese and meats. Homemade pound cake, good thing we only stayed one night we could get fat.“
