„This is the old Shopkeeper building and contains 3 or 4 additional apartments. Cleanliness was an issue with a filthy front window and numerous cobwebs around the ceiling. The location was ideal. Very close to a several restaurants, 11th Ave Caffe, open 7 days at 7am.“
