„I stayed in a kitchen suite. The accommodations were clean, comfortable. The walkability to restaurants, basketball games and CVS were great. The only challenge was the noise below my room at 2:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m., 3:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. Loud jarring noises that shook the bed. No idea what that could be. Worst night of sleep!“

„The Argyle is located in a cool part of Indianapolis with lots of options for food and drinks. The common spaces of the building show their age but the units themselves are quite nice. Getting to the location and getting in and out of the unit and building is easy. A good place to stay!“

„The apartment worked well for us, a couple blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. We were there with my special needs niece who has some mobility issues. Both bathrooms had deep tubs, no grab bars and no removable shower sprayer, so my niece was unable to bathe for the 3 days we were there. Not safe bathtubs for us Seniors either. We could have used additional seating, there was 1 sofa and 1 chair. No dining table. Plenty of room for some additional pieces. Is fine for a short term rental, but ...

„Communication and support from the owner was very good. The property is in a lower middle class area that needs rehabilitation and that seems underway. It was clean, but appears to have been recently completed needing some finishing touches, like a toaster and some additional dinnerware in the kitchen, some dressers/tables in the bedrooms, etc. The two sofa's on the main level are pullout beds to get to the 7 guest accommodation. „My high school senior and I stayed at this property to attend a swim meet at the Natatorium. It’s a short walk from Whole Foods, and a 7 minute drive from the Natatorium. We found a few free parking spots on East. The apartment was clean and modern. I was able to work remotely with nice backgrounds and fast WiFi. There’s a bit of a sophisticated system to get to a key locker to get in. Read your emailed instructions carefully to save yourself time.“

„Lovely house that has been fully remodeled and is modern and inviting. Great to have a garage to use. All expected, and some unexpected, items were provided. Small complaint about the beds. They are not very comfortable. Also, the seating in the living room is quite nice and trendy but not the most comfortable to sit on. Otherwise, a very nice house and would definitely consider it again.“

„The house is in a great location, unquestionablly beautiful, 2 car garage, all necessary items stocked with extras. The tub in the owners suite - ahhhhh with electric candles to create an inviting and relaxing bath. The downstairs with 2 bedrooms and full bathroom was perfect for our son and his family. I promise you will love the house as much as we did. Next time we visit Indy this will be the FIRST place I hope will be available. “

„Location was great with a good neighborhood. House was not clean and a lot of leftover stuff from previous tenants. Lawn was in desperate need of being mowed. Dealing with property management was a nightmare prior to stay. We got moved to different dates without our permission, added charges later, and asked if another family could stay towards end of our stay whom we did not know. Very unprofessional. No refunds whatsoever just so you know once you book property.“
