„Capsule hotel at Chengdu Tianfu international airport (not Chengdu Shuangliu, where there is another one). The hotel is in Terminal 2 (T2), at the north end of the Arrivals level (when walking from T1 to T2, turn left when you reach T2, and the hotel is on the right after 100 meters just past the police office). The staff there do not really speak English. They talk into a mobile phone in Chinese, which translates to English text. The sleeping pods themselves are comfortable and clean. A ...

„When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. “
