Overall Wonderful Experience at Lebua Hotel We had a truly great stay at the Lebua Hotel, and what stood out most was the exceptional service throughout. The staff are the hotel’s greatest asset, particularly in the dining areas and bars. Special thanks to Anne and the team at Bar No.3 for their warm, attentive service—it made our evenings memorable. Housekeeping was also consistently excellent. Our suite (5115) was incredibly spacious, which we really appreciated. The suite included thoughtful amenities such as a washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and complimentary drinks, and a luxurious bathroom stocked with Balmain toiletries. Even the small details like a hairdryer, iron, shoe mitts, etc., were all provided—everything was there, and everything worked as it should. That said, we did notice a few minor maintenance issues in the suite: • Cracked tiles in the bathroom • Stains on the carpet • The overall design felt a little dated, especially considering the rising competition in the luxury market. While the public areas are in better shape, some of the carpeted zones throughout the property do show wear and could benefit from light refurbishment. Room service was prompt and delicious—we felt well taken care of throughout. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would happily return, especially for the service and spacious accommodations. With a few updates, the Lebua could be #1 in Bangkok

Ruhige Lage , schade das der Strand etwas entfernt ist

Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, allerdings war das Zimmer bereits in die Jahre gekommen, muffig und dreckig. Besonders war das Waschbecken bereits beschädigt, sowie die Spülung der Toilette und der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft und das mehrmals. Die Anlage an sich war sehr schön grün und direkt im Zentrum von der Stadt. Viele Restaurant und Shops waren fussläufig zu erreichen.

Die komplette Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß mit Balkon. Wir können dieses Hotel empfehlen

Alles war super. Sehr schönes Hotel, super Persona. Usha hat uns über den ganzen Aufenthalt sehr weitergeholfen!

Very nice and peaceful yet relatively central resort. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming and the family room a dream - the kids really enjoyed their bunk-bed.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Top Hotel. Einzig die Lage ist etwas ungünstig, da nicht so zentral.
