Urlaub mit Kindern in 600 Hectareas buchen

The hotel was once probably super, but it needs a lot of renovation. The room was large, the beds ok, bathroom also large and clean and we were happy with the air conditioning. The balcony door wouldn't close which was slightly worrying but we were on the second floor and nothing happened. Outside there were a lot of amenities but all in need of renovation. The pool was sadly not clean. Breakfast was good, but the evening restaurant if you could call it that was aweful, the first evening I had stomach cramps and diarhea, we were tired so ate a salad and some spaghetti the next night.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mitten im Regenwald. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Abendessen, dass im Marco Poloführer als so besonders angepriesen wurde, war nicht wirklich nennenswert gut. Mittags an der Bar ein Seether Salat war frisch und sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt Hat es uns gut gefallen, wenn auch die Anlage etwas abseits von den Parks liegt?

The room was excellent, big and very clean. Huge disadvantage is that air conditioning in the room is sooo loud. Service personnel was very polite and attentive. Pool area is fantastic. Breakfast is very basic for my standards and dinners is below basic. I asked on the day one for the price of the late checkout. I had a feeling that I'm constantly mislead and manipulated by the same person on the front desk regarding availability and price of the late check out. He wanted to charge us apx. 150€ for a late check out which is a ridiculously high amount. We stayed in many and much better hotels worldwide and I was never ever asked for a 150€ for a few hours of late checkout. Anyways, my feeling was right, I went to the reception in another shift (morning) and their employee normally booked me a late checkout with a very normal price.

Positiv: Die Lage und ruhige Zimmer. Negativ: Schlechtes WLAN, Pool war dreckig und allgemein war alles relativ abgenutzt. Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

Angenehmes Hotel, Zimmer mit schönem Holzboden, großer Pool. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ordentliches Frühstück, allerdings könnte die Kaffeequalität besser sein. Hotelrestaurant sehr akzeptabel.
