In Mezcal the same would be the type of agave, Espadín (there are around 100 different agaves), blanco, reposado and añejo and types of reposados in Tequila, blue agave: blanco, reposado and añejo. This magical trip also ends with some locally made ceviches, typical of our Bajamed food, considered the best in Mexico.
