What you can expect

Explore the life, works and tales of Glasgow's most famous designer, architect and artist on this 2-hour tour. Join us as we wander the streets of Mackintosh's home city to experience and witness his lasting legacy.

With your expert guide, you'll take a deeper look at his life, marriage, influences and incredible expertise; visiting some of his most famous works that still stand to this day, his first married home, and some lesser known treasures along the way.

Along the way you’ll learn about the temperance movement of time times that inspired Mrs Cranston - Glasgow’s leading tea shop entrepreneur who commissioned Mackintosh to design her famous tearooms.

After the tour we’ll finish up at one of these tea rooms - Mackintosh at the Willow on Sauchiehall street to view the iconic designs first-hand and explore their extensive exhibition.
